He should be concerned. Having said that he will never have the courage to opt out if states are given that option. When it comes down to it he will do whatever his national party says and with his poll numbers he can is the sad part. Republicans are going to do well to not loose their ballot position after 2010 me must find a candidate for Governor who can draw at least 5% of the vote.
