This is a Pulaski County race. They are the 900lb gorilla on the block. Pulaski county is fairly liberal. It will be very difficult to be moderate enough to win the numbers needed in Pulaski county and still win the other counties. Winning Pulaski county alone can win the 2nd district. All Vic has to do is win Pulaski by 55%+ and he should win the 2nd. This isn't a 2nd district race it's a Pulaski County race.
